Our office is located in the Audubon Medical Campus at 2940 N. Circle Drive [link to directions page]. Our hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00 am through 5:00 pm. Each physician has different clinic availability. If you have an emergency, go to the Penrose Main Hospital Emergency Room or call 911. We do not provide routine prescription refills after hours. Please call your physician at (719) 635-7321 during regular business hours for refill requests, as well as other concerns or problems you may be experiencing.
